Rather than the standard £499 fee for the Managed package, this is reduced to £349 plus VAT and the managements fee is reduced from £60 per month to £40 plus VAT.

Most agents charge A MINIMUM of 10% of the monthly rental income and so therefore if your property rents for more than £500 per month, you will be paying more elsewhere - for less!
